Mon:

Went for my SPA again. More rehearsal. Now I'm in charge of the laptop and projector. Have to click the slides to change the background (eg classroom, MRT station etc) on the screen and activate the different music and sounds. Hai Long is sound guy. Two new actors Marcella, an Indonesian, and Wei Yi.

After that went to Marina Bay to eat sreamboat. OG Outing. The guys cooked live prawns and one of them thrashed in the pot, throwing water around. Another poor prawn struggled feebly as it was slowly cooked on the hotplate. Really felt bad. Didn't dare eat that prawn.:P

Tues:

Same thing. Clarissa given role of prompter (tells actors what their next lines are so they don't forget) as well as stagehand. Gave Marcella some tips on camp survival. She's stuck with Andy in the second run. After the rehearsal, me, Wei Yi, Hyen Ying, Marcella, Clarissa and Andy went to Gelare for some waffle and ice cream. Dun really like it though. Too sweet. Ugh.

Later on, went for NDP Ushers Meeting at the NEW CAMPUS! Yay! Escalators, automatic doors and funny MRT gantries where you have to tap your SMU card to go through. Everyone says, yes, it looks more like a shopping centre than a school. The meeting was boring, but lucky no scolding or complaints about our work.

After that went to BreadTalk at Taka-Wisma Underpass for a snack before going home.

Fri(today):

Met up with Aaron and Hai Long at Taka KFC to iron out some kinks in the slideshow. Me and Hai Long arrived at 10.30am and sat down. A few mins later discovered Aaron was actually sitting in a corner all this while. Lol.

After about 1 hour, Aaron's laptop started dying. We then sneaked into Orchard Library and secretly highjacked a powerpoint to recharge the batteries. Used my enormous red bag and the open flap to cover the wiring. We pretended to be sitting there chatting in case a nosy librarian walked by. None did. We were on the stage in the reading area.

Oh yeah, saw Adrian Pang leh. Aaron pointed him out to me. He was sitting at one of the tables nearby looking self-conscious. I think he guessed we recognzed him. Haha. After a while, he went away.

Did the stuff until 1 plus. Then went to Yoshinoya to eat. Really miss the beef rice there. Aaron, who was from NTU, told us NTU camp horror stories. He actually once designed an activity for the freshies during a camp. It was an obstacle course in which the freshies would be blindfolded and made to pass through a maze of tables and chairs in the canteen. The seniors would then be stationed at various areas, pelting them with eggs, flour and water.

He is one sadistic creature. :) I think a lot of people hated him after that.
