Ehem. Let''s begin.

Met Cel, YS and Wei Wei at Vivo City today for my bday celebration! Thanks so much for taking the time guys! I know we're all so busy to meet up nowadays. Me too. This is the only outing I can afford in a long time as after this it's projects and exams. Been planned for some time now.

Went to Marché to makan. Super-long queue, but we managed to squeezed in. Significant happenings including:

1) The guy at the rosti counter was super cute! Kept flirting with me and Cel (okay... maybe not just ask lah, but any member of the female population) and apologizing cos our rosti (fried potato strips dish) was in the midst of being prepared. Apparently, they were out of mushroom sauce, so the chef had to make a new batch. Mr. Cute didn't help much though. Just there to collect money and be eye candy.

2) Bought numerous platters of food, including the gargantuan pig knuckles dish. It was so huge we felt full just looking at it.

3) Pissed Wei Wei off by stopping her from eating. XD We had to take pictures of the food for our blogs first. So while the three of us whipped out our digicams and camera phones and snapped away, she was cussing and waving her utensils in a menacing manner.

4) Caught up with how everyone was doing. Nice to know a little slice of their lives for safekeeping until our next outing. Updates soon I hope.

After eating, we went off to shop. Went to Pet Safari to oggle at small furry things, hopped by a comic book shop next door and finally ended up at Daiso. Great place Daiso. A wonderland of stuff, only at le grande price of only $2!

After that, took a cab with YS and went home.
